Terms of Service

1. Service Description

PropPilot (“the Service”) provides AI-generated NBA player prop projections and analytics for informational and entertainment purposes only. PropPilot does not accept wagers, hold funds, or operate as a sportsbook or gambling platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any information provided by PropPilot complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any laws related to sports wagering.

3. No Guarantee of Results

All projections, win rates, and historical performance statistics are provided for informational purposes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. PropPilot makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of projections or the profitability of any wagers you choose to place based on our content.

4. Third-Party Data Sources

PropPilot computes its analytics from third-party sports and market-data providers, including licensed odds feeds (line pricing and consensus math), scoreboard / schedule / injury feeds (game state, lineups, news), and public-betting split feeds (tickets % and money % used to derive sharp-action and steam indicators). These services are independent of PropPilot and are governed by their own terms of service.

All data from third-party providers is surfaced for informational purposes only. PropPilot does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any third-party data. Data providers may rate-limit, modify, or terminate their APIs without notice, which can degrade or disable certain features. Signals derived from aggregated public-betting splits (including “sharp action”, “steam”, and “public fade” indicators) are heuristic and do not guarantee profitable outcomes.

All trademarks and brand names referenced through third-party feeds, including sportsbook names, remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that sports wagering involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any bets you choose to place. PropPilot is not liable for any financial losses resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Subscription & Billing

The 3-Day Pass is a one-time purchase that provides 3 days of full access and does not renew. Monthly Pro is billed monthly through Stripe, and you may cancel that subscription at any time through your profile or Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused pass time.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions are for individual use only and may not be shared or resold. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, projections, models, and methodologies provided through PropPilot are proprietary. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
