1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (or Google account identifier).

Billing information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage data: We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited and session duration.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service (authentication, subscription management, pick delivery)
• To process payments through Stripe
• To communicate service updates (if you opt in)
• To improve the Service through anonymous usage analytics

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication and user data storage
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
• Vercel — Hosting and analytics
• Google Analytics — Anonymous site usage tracking

Each service is governed by its own privacy policy.

4. Sports Data Sources

PropPilot surfaces sports-betting analytics that are computed server-side from third-party sports and market-data providers. These providers serve market and game data and do not receive any personal information about you.

• Licensed odds feeds — Aggregated odds across licensed US sportsbooks plus sharp-reference books. Used for line pricing, consensus math, and EV computation.
• Scoreboard, schedule, and injury feeds — Game schedules, scores, injuries, and lineups from public sports data APIs.
• Public-betting split feeds — Aggregated public-betting splits (tickets % and money %) used to surface “sharp action”, steam, and public-fade indicators. Aggregate, non-personal data only; none of these providers are payment or identity providers.

Sports data is fetched server-side and cached in-memory. No personal data leaves PropPilot servers to these providers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session cookies (httpOnly, SameSite), and server-side authentication verification. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Cancel your subscription at any time

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication purposes. This cookie is essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. Third-party analytics services may set their own cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
